This is a Hunter carved from a whale bone with a walrus ivory face with baleen inlay eyes. His parka trim has baleen inlay accents. The harpoon is made from wood with a baleen shaft and an ivory tip.
Made by Alaskan Native Inuit artist John Weyiouanna of Shishmaref, Alaska. Measures approximately 14.5" high, 3" wide, 2.5" deep. Harpoon is 10.25" long.
