This is a ivory handle fillet knife made from a vintage Schrade Uncle Henry 167 "Steelhead" fillet knife blade. This has long been a very popular model from Schrade's "Uncle Henry" line and it's one of the finest fillet knives Schrade made. It's a very solid design that offers excellent versatility and it's well-suited for many other applications aside from filleting duties. Schrade closed its doors in 2004. It has a walrus ivory handle with baleen pegs.
Made by an Alaskan Native artist from Shishmaref, Alaska. Blade measures approximately 7" long; full knife length is 12.25" long.
Ivory has some visible scratches on both sides of handle.
